USAGE RIGHTS
A short guide to using my music - By John Kenza
GENERAL RIGHTS:
Much of my music under Ryleo Goldridge, John Kenza, and Kadenza is owned by me and various labels. Each song may have different rights for usage. If you have any questions, are unsure about how you can use a song, or would like to request to use a song for commercial purposes then please reach out to me at the following:

YouTube Usage:
All of my songs will fall under two categories:
1 - Not for comercial use
These songs are typically owned by a label or another company that collects royalties for their use on YouTube. You can use these songs in your video but you WILL receive a copyright claim.
2 - For comercial use on YouTube and Twitch
These songs are usually owned by me or a "copyright free" label. It is important to note that these songs are not actually copyright free. I retain all rights to the music and licensing. But I allow individuals to use the music in their YouTube and Twitch content and monetize said content.
NOTE this ONLY applies to YouTube and Twitch. If you use my music anywhere else you MUST contact me to obtain the proper license.
Songs under this category have one requirement for usage on the YouTube and Twitch platforms. The description of the YouTube video must credit me in the description. Currently, due to limitations, Twitch does not have this requirement. Credit must contain the song and artist name or a link to my channel.
Here is an example. If you copy and pasted this text in your description, and then changed the name of the song to the song you used, you would not receive a claim.

If you already uploaded the video and received a claim then you need to add the credit to your description and reach out to me. I can manually remove the claim. Contact me at the email listed above.
